Mission
ORVA is a non-profit organization engaged in the development of projects that have proven to be economically sound and socially justified that enhance the welfare of the people of Ouachita River Basin in Arkansas and Louisiana.
Governance
Policies of the organization are determined by the officers and board of directors elected by the membership. Officers are elected on a rotating basis with equal representation from both states.
