ABOUT
ORVA
The
Ouachita River Valley Association is a nonprofit organization
that promotes development of the water and land resources
projects that are:
-
engineering
feasible
-
economically
feasible
-
environmentally
sustainable
-
publically
acceptable
-
that
enhance the general welfare of the people in the Ouachita
River Basin in Arkansas, Louisiana and the nation.
While
the major focus of the Ouachita River Valley Association is on
operation, maintenance, and completion of the Ouachita-Black
Rivers Navigation Project and associated infrastructure, ORVA
also supports economic development projects throughout the
Ouachita River basin. |
